ANBIMA

Founded in October 2009, ANBIMA –Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association was created from the merger of ANBID – National Association of Investment Banks and ANDIMA - National Association of Financial Market Institutions, the two most important representatives of financial and capital markets players in Brazil. The new Association represents more than 300 members including commercial, multiple and investment banks, asset managers, brokers, securities’ dealers and investment advisers. ANBIMA is a not-for-profits entity and the leading representative of institutions operating in the domestic financial and capital markets. The Association aims to strength the Brazilian capital markets as an instrument for fostering national development.
